Prawn Fry

½ kg big prawns

2tsp ginger garlic paste

1tbsp oyster sauce

2tbsp tomato sauce

1tbsp BBQ sauce

½ tsp kashmiri chilli powder

Pinch of turmeric powder

1tsp vinegar


Mix all the ingredients and marinate prawns for half an hour.  Heat two tbsp oil and fry the prawns on high fire for 4-5minutes.  Serve hot.  Garnish with coriander leaves.
