Beetroot Raita

1 medium Beetroot grated 2 cups curds ½ tsp Chaat masala ¼ tsp pepper powder Few mint leaves chopped finely Salt to taste Directions: Beat curds well in a bowl.   Add all the above ingredients and mix well. Grate the raw beetroot finely and mix it along with the curds. Advertisements
