Baked Salmon and Veggies

This is the best, quick and the easiest of all dishes I make usually.  Just sprinkle some spices and herbs, marinate and bake it along with some vegetables all in one pan!  It not only saves the trouble of cleaning so many dishes, the salmon and the veggies are so flavorful, it’s the perfect meal!

We got the salmon slices instead of the fillets

Ingredient

400gms Salmon

2tbsp olive oil

1 tsp pepper powder

1 fresh lemon juice

5 cloves garlic finely minced

Salt to taste

dill plenty

basil and parsley

Mix all the above and marinate the salmon for 2-3 hours.

 Slice mushrooms, baby corn, broccoli.  Heat the oven at 180degrees C.  Once hot place the salmon in a baking tray with vegetables around it and bake it for twenty minutes. (Baby tomatoes and zucchini can also be added).
